Koopa is a character in Mario Party Advance and a Koopa Troopa who is a representative of his species. He has the same appearance as a regular Koopa Troopa.

Koopa runs the Koopa Bank within Shroom City. Because the money was robbed from his vault, Koopa asks for the player's help in recovering it and finding the culprit, and he offers to reward them with a Gaddget if they help.
When Shroomlock enters the Koopa Bank, Koopa explains to him that the three possible culprits are Mr. I, Goombob, and Paratroopa, as they were the only three others present in Koopa Bank when the money was stolen, which occurred when the power went out. After all three characters are interrogated, Paratroopa is revealed to be the robber, although his motives for stealing the money was merely as a prank. Koopa forgives Paratroopa and asks Shroomlock not to arrest him. The player is then rewarded the Card Trick Gaddget.
