Kooky von Koopa (DiC Cartoons)

Kooky von Koopa is one of the Koopalings who appears in the DIC Entertainment-produced cartoons The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World. He is the shows' equivalent of Ludwig von Koopa. and for some reason he sounds like [1]Dr Reflex[2]

Physical description[]

Kooky has very messy hair, is smaller in size, has only one spike on his shell, has a usually twisted or crooked tail, possesses an unusual laugh, his eyes are larger and has a vague Germanic accent. In the Super Mario World episode "The Wheel Thing," Kooky's snout is colored the same as the rest of his body. In "Rock TV," Kooky's snout is a lighter shade, as in The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3.

Personality[]

Kooky has a mad scientist-like personality, inventing various gadgets for his father King Koopa.
