Kat & Ana host the Nature set of microgames, in which the focus is on plants and animals alike. Ana and her crew of five other ninjas try to stop Boneheads, but are unsuccessful because Boneheads' two lengthy swords. Ana tasks her messenger bird, Don, to send a letter to Kat calling for her assistance. The letter in particular reads "Ninja girl, save me!". Kat and her dog Paw travel from afar, passing many Japanese landscapes along the way, until finally reaching the Castle.

When Kat enters the Castle, the player plays through the duo's microgame set. Whenever a microgame is completed, regardless of whether the player wins or loses, Kat goes through a sliding door to enter the next room. The chances are represented by four segments on Kat's sword part of the interface, so if the player loses at a microgame four times, it is a Game Over.

Kat and Ana perform in a television show called Super Show after 9-Volt's entrance. Under the headline "Karate", they show off their ninja techniques. It is not shown what they do next because Wario's television set bursts.

The duo are two of the ten selectable characters in the multiplayer games. Kat and Ana's minigame is called Wobbly Bobbly, where each player's character tries to balance on a stack of upside-down turtles while playing microgames.

WarioWare: Twisted![]

Kat and Ana were given a different microgame set titled Tap Out, which features microgames requiring the player to subtly tilt the system and press the A button.

In the opening for their story, Kat and Ana are on a field trip with their class to Diamond Knoll. It first shows the teacher instructing Kat, Ana, and the other students to stick with their friend and not wander off. As Kat and Ana explore, Ana stops to look at a flower and quickly catches up with Kat, whom she finds poking a beehive. The hive falls, and a swarm of infuriated bees chase Kat and Ana During this is a short gameplay demo in which the player must repeatedly press A for Kat and Ana to run from the bees, up until they enter a wooden cabin.

In the cabin, Kat and Ana are relieved that they managed to escape the bees, but seconds later, they are ambushed by the Diamond Troll and go to fight it. During this, the player plays through Kat and Ana's series of microgames.

In the ending for their story, Kat and Ana each use their sword to generate electricity and inflict their finishing move on the Diamond Troll. While the two are charging their attack, they are interrupted by two of their pets, Shuriken and Shadow, who burst through the cabin to come and rescue them. The pets end up defeating the Diamond Troll when they slam into the ceiling by accident and fall onto the Diamond Troll. Kat says the whole experience was very fun. However, this is followed by Ana saying that they should return to their group, and she is called a "party pooper" by Kat. When the cabin doors open, Kat and Ana find that the same swarm of bees from earlier were waiting for them, and the scene concludes with Kat, Ana, Shuriken, and Shadow being chased by them in the background, during the sunset. Some time later, the four meet up with some of the other characters at Club Sugar, although Shuriken and Shadow are not seen dancing with Kat and Ana inside.

WarioWare: Touched![]

Kat and Ana WarioWare Touched

Kat and Ana's reaction shown shortly after their initial anger at Numchuk in WarioWare: Touched!

Kat and Ana's microgame set is Ninja Scribble, which require the player to make scribbling movements using the Stylus. In the opening of the duo's story, Ana comes home wanting a snack, only to find that a bunch of bananas on the table are missing. Ana finds footprints leading out of the house, and she is determined to track down the banana thief. Just before Ana exits the house with her dog, Shadow, she leaves behind a note for Kat, which the player can write out with their Stylus. A few seconds after Ana and Shadow begin running into the woods, Kat and Shuriken catch up with them, having seen Ana's note.

As the girls and their pets make their way to the woods, the player plays through their set of microgames. Whenever the player wins a microgame, Kat and Ana are shown celebrating during the intermission, but if the player loses at a microgame, the girls become upset. The Game Over splash shows Kat and Ana walking happily with their pets.

In the ending scene of Kat and Ana's story, they find the culprit, a monkey. The duo's initial anger is quickly replaced with endearment, as both Kat and Ana find the monkey very cute. The girls decide to keep the monkey and name him Numchuck as they cheerfully lift him up and down. Following this, Kat and Ana meet up with the other characters at the Hawt House.

WarioWare: Smooth Moves[]

Kat and Ana dojo rescue WW Smooth Moves

Kat and Ana arrive to come rescue the Diamond Dojo in WarioWare: Smooth Moves

Kat & Ana's stage is titled Evil Attacks Diamond Dojo!. Here, they have to defend the Diamond Dojo and the Sensei from the Elephant Ogre attacking it, a premise somewhat like that of WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgames$!'s. As the girls make their way over to the dojo, Ana uses some sort of ninja magic on herself to transform into a turtle while also producing three duplicates, which represent the chances during the stage.

In the end, Ana discovers a Li'l Ogre playfully pulling her sensei's hair. Meanwhile, Kat duplicates herself and starts attacking the Elephant Ogre, until the Li'l Ogre yells to end the fighting. The Elephant Ogre's actual intention was to search for the Li'l Ogre. Kat waves goodbye to the Elephant Ogre as he leaves, but she suddenly notices that the actual Li'l Ogre is beside her and that the silhouette on the Elephant Ogre's hand is actually Ana.

Against the sunrise, the Elephant Ogre walks away, child in hand. Kat waves the big guy goodbye, until she notices that the baby is beside her, and that the Oni is actually walking away with Ana (both the baby Oni and Ana have the same silhouette).

WarioWare Gold[]
