Jojora is a character in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. She appears only in Joke's End. When the player explores Joke's End for the first time, she'll appear in some areas and say something. When Mario and Luigi reach the room where they fight her, she will call up her friend, who assists her in their boss battle.
In Superstar Saga, Jojora has only 50 HP but has extremely high defense. All attacks will only deal 1 damage to her. However, it is possible to defeat her with enough effort.
In Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, her defense has been lowered to 240 and attacks directed at her no longer deal only one damage but to make up for this, she has 500 HP. The only time she will exit the battle is if Mario/Luigi smack her wand with his hammer and if the battle ends.
