Jimmy P. is based on Jimmy T., whom he shares a first name with. He strongly resembles Jimmy T., but he has a yellow afro, a pink nose, a blue shirt, white pants, and tanned skin.

Unlike Jimmy T., Jimmy P. never goes to Club Sugar, but instead goes into a similar club named Club Spice.

Jimmy P. has his own stage, titled Canine Crazed, which is both parallel to and a harder version of Jimmy T.'s Feline Fever stage. In it Jimmy P. befriends the Legendary Dog Dancers while making his way to Club Spice, just as Jimmy T. did with the Legendary Cat Dancers on his way to Club Sugar.

While Jimmy P. does not appear in the game, Jimmy T's character trailer shows a photo of him and Jimmy P. shaking hands, which suggests that they are friends.
