The Jet Shot is Diddy Kong's Special Shot in Mario Hoops 3-on-3.

Description[]

Jet Shot jetpack — The Barrel Jet, as seen during Diddy's Jet Shot.

The player can have Diddy perform the move by tapping out an uppercase 'M' on the touch screen twice. Diddy Kong begins the move by dribbling the basketball around randomly. He then causes a Barrel Jet to appear, and it straps onto his back. Diddy then hovers in the air, does a backwards loop-the-loop and throws the ball at an arc into the basket, with a yellow trail behind it.

If Diddy uses the move outside the 3-pointer line, he throws the basketball towards the hoop, but either of his teammates need to dunk the ball to complete the shot.
