It's the Pits is a Team minigame in Super Mario Party.
Opening
The camera zooms from the bird-eye view to the players standing on a ascending circular arena.
Gameplay
The team must aim to not fall into the red danger panel. After a few seconds pass, the players standing on the danger panel falls off while the remaining players keep continuing on the next round. On the first round, the quadrant is highlighted. On the second round, the quadrant is highlighted and it moves faster than before. On the final round, there may be two quadrants vertically opposite to each other or half of the arena is highlighted. The players surviving the last round aligns with the team thus the winning team has more players.
Ending
The winning team performs their victory animation while the losing team poses their loss on the arena.
