Hydrostars

Hydrostars is a 4-player minigame that appears in Mario Party 5.

Gameplay[]

The player rides a speedboat and needs to pass gates in the correct order and then go through the finish gate to win. There will be an arrow on the player's screen that will guide them to the next gate. They will get ten coins when they win.

Trivia[]

This minigame's name is a parody of the name of the prehistoric reptile (prehistoric marine reptile) "Hydrotherosaurus". (That is, with the first two syllables "Hydro" in the prehistoric reptile name.)
