The Horror Condo is a three-story building located in the Horror Area of Shroom City. It has a basement, a first floor, and a second floor.
In Mario Party Advance[]
In the basement, there is a club of Lantern Ghosts watching Toad Force V on a projector. One of them initiates the quest, Nerd Force V, in which the player's character has to obtain a Toad Force V figure to become a part of their club. After the player's character buys one from the Junk and returns to the basement with it, Lantern Ghost keeps it for them in exchange for Poochy Pal Gaddget.
The first floor is where Ninji, another fan of Toad Force V, lives. His quest, DVD for Me, involves the player's character having to acquire a limited-edition DVD of Toad Force V. After the player's character acquires one and returns to Ninji with it, he happily rewards them with the Tile Trial Gaddget.
On the second floor, the player meets Mr. E, who is talking to Snifit. For the quest Condo of Mystery!, Snifit claims that the condo is haunted, but that since the ghosts who haunt it have not been around. Snifit asks the player's character if they could get them for him. The "ghosts" that Snifit is talking about are the Boos from the Boo Cemetery. After the player's character talks to the Boos, they proceed to haunt the Horror Condo. When the player's character returns to the second floor of the condo, they find that Snifit and Mr. E are being haunted by the Boos. Mr. E runs away, but Snifit rewards the player with the Porta-Gust Gaddget.
