Holly Mackerel is a one-time character who appears in the The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "The Ugly Mermaid." She is a fish-like mermaid who is the princess of Mertropolis and the daughter of King Mackerel. Her name is a pun on the phrase "holy mackerel."
