Holly Koopa is a fictional celebrity who appears in Mario Party 8. She is a red Koopa Troopa who wears a purple hat and purse.
History[]
She appears in Shy Guy's Perplex Express, behind a Green Space. When the Green Space is landed on by a player, she gives them coins in return for a piece of candy. The candy is usually dependent with the price (up to 25 coins for the Bitsize Candy). In Star Battle Arena, the player --or the opponent-- wins by acquiring one star (which is 50 coins). (That is, similar to Goomba's Booty Boardwalk the second stage of Star Battle Arena.) They --the player or the opponent-- must collect 50 coins and get to Holly Koopa (with that number of coins). Then they get a star from her (if they make it to Holly first with 50 coins) and win the stage. Also, the conductor of Shy Guy's Perplex Express --Star Battle Arena-- version gives the player or the opponent (if they reach him) 10 coins if they comes by. (This happens if the player makes it to Holly with less than 50 coins and can't pay for the star.) That is, before saying that he's a fan of her and would love to help the player meet her.
