Helipopper is a Battle minigame in Mario Party 7.
Opening[]
The camera turns around from the front to the back of the first character's helicopter, then the screen divides into four to show all four characters.
Gameplay[]
The characters have to fly around in their helicopter and pop balloons in the sky to earn points within the 45-second time limit. There are some balloon bunches in the area worth three points. The characters sometimes encounter a Bullet Bill, which they must avoid, as touching the Bullet Bill briefly stuns the character upon contact. Anyone who has the most points at the end is the winner. If every character ends with the same number of points, the minigame ends in a draw.
Helipopper is one of the minigames that can appear in Decathlon Castle, where the object is to pop as many balloons as possible to earn as many points as possible, up to 1,000.
Ending[]
The screen switches to the winner's helicopter, shown at a top-diagonal view. If more than one character has won, the screen stays split, but only to show the respective characters' side. During the ending sequence, any losing character's helicopter can be seen falling to the ground. If a draw occurs, all of the helicopters fall onto the ground.
