Helio is a boss featured in both Wario Land 3 and in Dr. Mario 64, the former in which it is named Yellow Belly.
In Wario Land 3[]
Helio is encountered by Wario in the Desert Ruins. It has arrowheads for arms, and if Wario touches them, he turns into Puffy Wario. To attack Helio, Wario must Ground Pounding on its head to reveal an accordion-shaped device from its head and then Ground Pound that to attack Helio. When Wario has done this three times, Helio is defeated.
In Dr. Mario 64[]
Helio is fought as a boss during Dr. Mario's story, and he is among the playable characters in the Vs. modes.
