Hectic Highway is a microgame which appears in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!, under Wario's Intro Games folder. A similar microgame titled Outta My Way would go on to be released as one of Wario-Man's microgames.
Gameplay[]
The player has to use the left and right arrows of the 
to have Wario steer his vehicle around any ongoing traffic. Another microgame from WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, Racing 112, features a very similar objective.
Difficulty levels[]
Each increased difficulty level has Wario ride a larger vehicle, giving him less space to avoid traffic.
- Level 1: Wario drives a small motorbike.
- Level 2: Wario drives a medium sports car. Aside from a larger size, the sports car also drives faster than the motorbike, and there is more traffic to avoid.
- Level 3: Wario drives a large monster truck, which moves at around the same speed as the sports car. The traffic also instead features larger vehicles and sometimes a dormant bulldozer.

- Mario Artist: Polygon Studio features a minigame titled "RACE" in Sound Bomber mode, and it doubles as a precursor to both Hectic Highway and Racing 112.
