Heavy Troopas are a fattened variant of Sky Troopas which appear as an enemy in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are similar to Tub-O-Troopa. Heavy Troopas are only encountered in Nimbus Land during Valentina's occupation of the area and in Bean Valley.

A Heavy Troopa's only attack is launch itself at their target, and it takes two turns on its end before the Heavy Troopa can use the move.
