Gusty Blizzard is a 1-vs-3 minigame in Mario Party DS.
Layout[]
The minigame takes place on a hat of a Mr. Blizzard at a cold outdoor area covered in snow. The surroundings within the background include a wooden fence, a large, wooden sled, and mountains underneath an expanse of blue sky. The camera is focused on the teammates throughout the minigame.
Opening[]
The camera zooms into three smaller Mr. Blizzards with an identical appearance, revealed to be the three teammates as each of them break out, one after the other.
Gameplay[]
Unlike most minigames, Gusty Blizzard has a Time Limit of ten seconds. The objective of the solo character is to use the 
to produce icy winds and try to freeze each of their three opponents back into Mr. Blizzards. The solo character has a greater chance of winning if the player blows more strongly into the Mic, thereby making them producer stronger icy winds.
The objective for the other three is to endure the icy winds without freezing back into a Mr. Blizzard. With their Stylus, the player must rub their character to try and keep them warm. Each of the teammates has a thermometer next to them, indicating the body temperature. If a character has frozen into a Mr. Blizzard, they can no longer be warmed, and are eliminated from the minigame. The faster the player rubs their character, the more their body temperature is kept at bay. If the solo character successfully freezes the other three, they win, but if at least one teammate survives the icy winds by the end, the team wins.
Ending[]
If the solo character wins, they are shown on top of the Mr. Blizzard's hat, where the team players were on, and does their victory animation. If the team wins, each teammate does their victory animation while the solo character is stuck within a pile of snow.
