Gooper Blooper Volley is a Special Games in Mario Power Tennis. It takes place on the Gooper Blooper Court and involves a tennis match with Gooper Blooper himself.
Gameplay[]
Gooper Blooper is the opponent, and he holds a tennis racket in each tentacle. The player's character has to return the ball to Gooper Blooper without it touching a gray square crossed out by a red X, otherwise the minigame ends prematurely and counts as a failure. There are several boxes beside Gooper Blooper, and whenever he volleys a ball, Gooper Blooper drops a tennis racket and puts his tentacle in a box nearest to the tentacle that he dropped a tennis racket from to get out a different one. Gooper Blooper never misses a tennis ball because of his four tentacles and how he holds a tennis racket in each one. The color of the square that Gooper Blooper hits the ball at is always the same color as his tennis racket that he hit the ball with.
