It is a two-story building with a brown brick exterior and an interior with lavish decorations, including a gaudy chandelier and a red carpet covering the floor and stairs.

Goombob Manor is located in the Town Area of Shroom City. It is a setting featured during Goombob's quest, Accessorize!. Here, the player's character has to obtain a Lovely Seashell from Sandy Beach and return with it to Goombob Manor. In doing so, they can give the Lovely Seashell to Goombob, who in turn gives it as a gift to Goombetty and asks if they can go on a date. Goombetty accepts the offer, making Goombob happy, and she then runs out of Goombob Manor. Goombob then rewards the player with the Dessert Menu Gaddget.
