Golden Gummit

Golden Gummits are a variant of Gummits and an enemy which appears in Super Mario Galaxy 2.

Golden Gummits, like Gummits and Spiky Gummits, only appear in only in Freezy Flake Galaxy, during the mission The Chimp's Skating Challenge, and in Shiverburn Galaxy, during the mission The Chimp's Ultimate Skating Challenge. Golden Gummits are more rare than regular Gummits, and retreat into their hole more quickly. Upon defeating a Golden Gummit, Mario or Luigi earn fifty points.
