Super Mario World
Gold Bowser Statues appear in Super Mario World as enemies found in castles. Unlike the Gray Bowser Statues, Gold Bowser Statues don't shoot fireballs. Instead, they jump around Mario or Luigi and damage them by contact, and the player can hop on them with a Spin Jump, much like Thwimps. But unlike Thwimps, Gold Bowser Statues follow Mario or Luigi. This makes it hard to avoid them near lava pits, but the player can defeat the statues by luring them into lava.
Gold Bowser Statues apppear on Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, but only on Bowser's Last Stand, which is a World-e level. They act the same as the gold statues from Super Mario World.
Various Gold Bowser Statues appear in Bowser's Kingdom in Super Mario Oddysey.
