Gold Bill Blasters are a variant of Bill Blasters that shoot Gold Bullet Bills. They are only present while the effects of a Gold Ring are active, during which every Bill Blaster becomes a Gold Bill Blaster, just as how all Bullet Bills fired from them become Gold Bullet Bills.
