Giant Eel Outbreak is the only mission of Drip Drop Galaxy in Super Mario Galaxy and its high-definition remaster in Super Mario 3D All-Stars.

Gringills are the main obstacle encountered. Aside from them, there are also Torpedo Teds, Urchins, and Puffer Fish.
Objective[]
Mario has to defeat three Gringills by throwing either a Green Shell or a Red Shell at each one. In doing so, a Power Star appears at a sunken ship for Mario to collect.
In Super Mario Galaxy[]
The reason for the mission is because the Gringills have infested the planet's waters, and the Penguins cannot go fishing because the fish are being eaten by Gringills.
