Fuzzy Horde

A Fuzzy Horde is an entity made up of several Fuzzies. They first appear in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door[]

A Fuzzy Horde is summoned by the Gold Fuzzy when its HP has dropped to half. The Fuzzy Horde then attack Mario or Goombella with a mob attack that can deal up to 4 damage but can be easily guarded. The Fuzzy Horde can be targeted and will leave after depleting 10 HP (despite the horde having 20 HP). Defeating the Gold Fuzzy also results in the Fuzzy Horde being defeated.

In Super Mario 3D World[]

Fuzzy Hordes appear in the levels Fuzzy Time Mine and Floating Fuzzy Time Mine where they chase the player throughout most (in the former) or the whole (in the latter) level. Touching even one of the Fuzzies will kill the character instantly, even if using the White Tanooki Suit or an invincibility Star.
