Forums: Index > Watercooler > Super Smash Bros Relevance
I wish to question the relevance of some of the articles on this wiki, especially the ones which only relate to Mario in that Mario characters and the article's characters both appear in the Super Smash Bros series. It would be acceptable to have an article to explain Super Smash Bros and its relevance, but is an article on Pikachu saying "This is a character in Super Smash Bros." entirely necessary? Especially since, if an article needs to link to such articles they have the SmashWiki to refer to. And who is going to be looking up Kirby here unless they also plan on looking up Orange Bulborbs here too?
Then again, I'm new here. Enlighten me. --Yoshord 03:36, 5 March 2009 (UTC)

- So the justification is that the other characters make cameos in Mario games. Potentially. There are cameo lists for their characters on other wikia, but I suppose cameo control is a proper justification.
- So that is a "We're not going to outline attacks in their own pages: all the red links linking to Character's attacks in the Super_Smash_Bros._Brawl page is accidental", right? Since having a page for each of these attacks is a bit farther than a small article for each character. --Yoshord
- Personally, I don't like going too deep into Smash Bros. pages. A page for each game and the Mario stages is okay. On the page itself, mostly focus on its relevance to Mario characters, though listing the other fighters is fine. The MarioGalaxy2433g5 {talk/contribs/Logs} 00:03, 6 March 2009 (UTC)
