Forest Jump is a single-player minigame found in Mario Party Advance.
Opening[]
The character is standing near one end of the area as the wind pushes them toward the edge, and a log rolls toward them. The character immediately begins to move in the other direction and jumps over the log.
Gameplay[]
The player's character is on a cliff, where they must jump over the logs rolling their way to earn points. However, certain logs bounce instead of roll, and some of the logs are larger than others. It is also windy, and the wind affects the gameplay, so the player's character has to often run against the wind to avoid falling off the cliff. If the player's character either jumps over or ducks under a rolling log while near either edge of the cliff, the player earns some extra points. If the player's character is hit by a log, they are temporarily stunned, as well as flattened if they were crouching. If the player's character falls off the field, the minigame ends.
In Shroom City mode, the player must earn at least 300 points to win. In Mini-Game Attack, the winning criteria is increased to 1,000 points.
