Foreman Spike is a New Yorker construction worker and rival to Mario who appears in the Wrecking Crew series. He first appears in Wrecking Crew.

Physical description[]

In Wrecking Crew and Mobile Golf, Foreman Spike has a purple beard, but in Wrecking Crew '98, he has a mustache and red nose.

He attempted to sabotage the Mario Bros.' construction jobs, running around in the background causing damage to the site.

Wrecking Crew '98[]

He is the fourth challenger in the puzzle mode game. Foreman Spike now works for Bowser, helping him to build a series of new hideouts.

In Mobile Golf[]

Foreman Spike reappears as a playable character, being his first appearance outside the Wrecking Crew series. His artwork shows him in a digger, which would later be the inspiration of Waluigi's Gold Mantis in Mario Kart DS.

Foreman Spike appears in The Super Mario Bros. Movie. He is voiced by Sebastian Maniscalco. Mario and Luigi worked for him until they ran their own business, Super Mario Bros. Plumbing.
