The Floodgate Seal is a green key that has a swirly design on it, as Wario describes it.

History[]

The Floodgate Seal is one of four main keys that can be found in Ancient Waterworks. This item can be found in the lower left portion of the level that can be accessed by hitting a switch with Cosmic Wario's laser. This key is used to unlock a door to the left that leads to the giant waterfall.
