Famicom Grand Prix: F1 Race is a racing game released exclusively for the Family Computer Disk System in Japan on October 30, 1987. It features Mario racing in Formula One cars. The game would later receive a sequel, Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally, also released for the Family Computer Disk System. The game was the subject of a tournament, in which one of the prizes was a Super Mario Bros. Game & Watch handheld.
