Donut Plains' appearance during Fall in Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2
Fall is an event that occurs in Super Mario World and its remake Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2. It changes the appearance of Dinosaur Land, specifically the world map, to look less green as if the season had become fall, and it also changes the appearance of certain enemies, such as Koopa Troopas to Mask Koopas. In the original version, Fall occurs once Mario or Luigi complete the level Funky, but in the remake, it occurs upon discovering all 96 exits, also being followed by a cutscene. The effects of Fall remain permanent in a save file.
