The Extra Lightning Cup is the third Extra Cup in Mario Kart: Super Circuit. It has tracks from Super Mario Kart. To unlock it, complete the Lightning Cup with at least 100 coins and first place on the second time and onwards. This cup only appears in Mario Kart: Super Circuit.
