History
They appear in Pinna Park, and are sometimes hanging from grids. They throw themselves inside their electric shells at Mario, which deals one point of damage when it hits. To kill them, either stomp on them or spray them with F.L.U.D.D. while they're out of their shells. When an Electro Koopa is hanging on a grid underneath Mario, he can Ground Pound. They can also be eaten by Yoshis.
Trivia
- If an Electro Koopa's shell doesn't come back, another will respawn on it in a few seconds.
