The Earth Crystal is one of the four Elemental Crystals who fights alongside Culex in Monstro Town in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is a sentient crystal associated with the element of earth. Like the other three Elemental Crystals, the Earth Crystal originates from the Final Fantasy franchise, but in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, the Earth Crystal is from the dimension of Vanda, like Culex.

The Earth Crystal can use deadly earth-based moves such as Boulder and Sand Storm, and it is weak to Thunder attacks. The Earth Crystal has 3,200 HP, the highest out of every Elemental Crystal, but has low Defense and Magic Attack.
