Dreadmill is a single-player minigame in Mario Party Advance.
Opening[]
The player's character falls onto the treadmill. Upon landing, the player's character is instantly conveyed into a set of spikes, and they run forward as they are hit.
Gameplay[]
The object is to get to the goal at the end within the time limit. Obstacles such as conveyor belts and spikes are placed along the path. If the player's character touches a spike, they are temporarily stunned. At regular intervals, the direction of the belt that the player's character is running on changes or either increases or decreases in speed, although it is possible for both effects to occur at once. Moving spikes have a possibility of showing up, with the red ones moving vertically while the yellow ones move horizontally.
In Shroom City mode, the object is to reach the end within the time limit. In Play Land, the object is similar, but the player's character has to reach the end as quickly as possible.
