Dr. Toadley
Dr. Toadley is a Toad who appears to be some kind of shrink or fortune-teller. He inhabits Toad Town .
Profile [ ] Dr. Toadley, unlike most Toads, wears a purple robe around his entire torso and head. He has a mask around his mouth, and yellow earrings hanging from his ears.
During the top Mushroom Kingdom officials meeting to discuss the Blorbs , Dr. Toadley sends a representative, who ends up leaving the before Bowser inhales everyone. He is later seen at Toadley Clinic when Mario and Luigi arrive there to take down the blockade in front of Princess Peach's Castle . He sends them on a mission to find the Star Cures and ultimately the Miracle Cure .
Dr. Toadley appears in the revamped version of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga , replacing the role of Psycho Kamek .
