A Double Dice Set is an item that appears only in Mario Party DS. When used, it allows the user to roll two standard Dice Blocks as opposed to one, and the sum of the numbers is taken as the number of spaces the player can move for the turn.

  • Should a player roll doubles (numbers matching), the player receives a 10 coin bonus.
  • Should the matching numbers be sevens (7-7), the player receives 30 coins instead.

  • Useful almost anywhere, as moving a greater number of spaces gives the player more options in where he or she can go. In addition, it increases the chances that a player can purchase multiple stars on the same turn, allowing for a usually decisive move. These items can be purchased from the first turn, and are present every time in the shop. Use early and often.
