Dorguy the First is one of three guardian doors for Queen Jaydes on Underwhere Road. When the heroes make it to Dorguy the First, they must answer his questions in order to pass.

Dorguy the First's and the other Dorguy's role is similar to the Guard Doors from Paper Mario. Their faces also resemble those of the Black Chest Demons from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
