Dolphin Shoals is the second course of the Star Cup in Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

The track starts out underwater. It then moves to an area with jump panels, The allow you to jump above the water and through some rings and back underwater. Dolphins are seen at the spot, jumping through the rings. A notable feature of this track is the Eel (That looks similar to the one found in Jolly Roger Bay), that you can ride along and do tricks on. Then you will drive onto some land and glide across a rushing river. You will also see toads with snorkel masks cheering at the Start/Finish line too along with Cheep Cheep fish as well.
