Dodgy is a status effect that appears in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
Dodgy is a very useful status effect to have. This effect can be given to Mario and his partners but certain enemies can have this effect as well. When someone is affected with the Dodgy status, they will sometimes avoid hits from enemies. Using a Repel Cape is the most common way to get the Dodgy effect. Using Madame Flurrie's special move, Dodgy Fog, gives the Dodgy status as well. Magikoopas are enemies that can give Dodgy to other enemies or themselves and bosses such as Macho Grubba can give Dodgy to himself.
