Dive is a move performed by many characters. It was first used in Super Mario 64. It also appeared in Super Mario Sunshine, Super Mario 64 DS, and Super Mario Odyssey.

In Super Mario 64 and Super Mario 64 DS

Dives can be preformed in Super Mario 64 by pressing B while jumping. In Super Mario 64 DS, it can also be preformed by pressing B, although you cannot dive as Yoshi.
