Diffusing Hammer is a rare type of ghost which appears in Luigi's Mansion 3. Diffusing Hammers will only appear in the ScareScraper's ten or twenty floors mode. They have 350HP.
Physical appearance[]
They resemble normal Hammers, but Diffusing Hammers have yellow eyes and mouth, and glowing orange body. They also have two tails so two players can vacuum them up together. They do not attack Luigi.
In Luigi's Mansion 3[]
In ScareScraper mode, rare ghosts will appear on the fifth (ten or twenty floors mod), tenth and the fifteenth floor. However, Diffusing Hammers will not appear when the door opens, they will open when the battle begins. They will appear randomly and spew Mini Hammers, while spewing, they can't be flashed. When Diffusing Hammers disappear, they will become orange sparks and move to the next place that they are going to appear, so Luigi can follow them. If one Luigi has a brighter flashlight that can flash the whole room, he can flash the Diffusing Hammers even if they are still sparks.
