Delfino Plaza Court is a tennis court which appears in Mario Power Tennis and its New Play Control! port. It is also where the minigame Tic-Tac-Glow takes places in.

Delfino Plaza Court takes place in Bianco Square of Delfino Plaza. It is a gimmick court, and if the gimmicks are on, there are Polluted Piranha Plants that sit on the sidelines, hiding in puddles of goop. A Polluted Piranha Plant spits goop onto the court whenever the tennis ball lands on a Petey Piranha Panels, slowing anyone who steps into it. The tennis players can counteract this by running over a FLUDD button-like object to have a FLUDD nozzle appear and spray the goop off. The tennis match is spectated by Piantas.
