Dash Yoshi is a power-up in Super Mario Galaxy 2. To access it, you need to have Yoshi eat a dash pepper. Dash Yoshi is orange in color, and runs at super-fast speeds with fire trailing behind him and an alarm is going off as he's dashing. It only lasts a short time. Dash yoshi can also run on water and up some walls.
