Cutter is a surfer in Hawaii who met Princess Toadstool. He made made a one-time appearance in the The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Reign Storm."
Biography[]
When Princess Toadstool gets washed ashore during her vacation in Hawaii, Cutter helps her up. Both Cutter and Princess Toadstool go on to do a variety of beach activities together, such as surfing and hang-gliding. Princess Toadstool is enjoying herself so much that she questions whether she wants her vacation to end.
