A Crusty is a large, powerful crab enemy which appears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They can be found in the Sunken Ship, usually alongside other enemies in battle. Crusters are relatives of Star Crusters.

Battle

Crusties do not have any special attacks, although they have an incredibly high attack rating, so their physical attacks can often deal a lot of damage.

Strategy

Crusties are weak to both fire and thunder, so Mario should use his Super Flame while Mallow uses Shocker. Also, when fought alongside other enemies, the Crusties should always be the first target considering they are bigger threats.
