Crusher (Mario Kart series)

A Crusher is a obstacle featured in Toad's Factory in Mario Kart Wii.

Description[]

Crushers are hydraulic machines found in a certain portion of Toad's Factory. They move forward on where the conveyor belts are, and crush down every several seconds. Crushers are similar to Thwomps in the sense that they can crush whoever drives under them. If a racer drives into a Crusher while it is pressed down, their movement is hindered.

Crushers are shown to be able to create Item Boxes; they appear to have a form of colorful liquid within them, and when a Crusher presses down onto a conveyor, an Item Box is formed.
