Cocoknights are enemies in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team.
Battle[]
In battle, Cocoknights mainly rely on attacking in groups in order to damage Mario or Luigi. They may spin around together and attempt to attack Mario or Luigi with their spears. Mario has to jump over their formation to save his skin However, when Mario is trapped in the circle, he must move back and forth in order to avoid this attack (attempting to jump over the attack will only result in landing on the spears). Their second attack involves surrounding Mario in up to four different groups and attempt to toss a spear bomb at him. Mario must use his hammer to counter this attack, lets he would be stunned. Finally, if there is a few Cocoknights left, they will throw their spears at Mario and run away from battle. This must be jumped. Hence, it is recommended to defeat all of the Cocoknights at once to earn every experience point (the Luiginary Ball is very useful against them).
Bedsmith's Dreamy Wakeport area features purple Cocoknights that are more powerful.
