The Clockwork Soldiers, the Toy Platoon (おもちゃのへいたい パペット・アーミー Omocha no Heitai Papetto Āmī?) are a trio of life-size wind-up toy ghosts, collectively making a single Portrait Ghost, in Luigi's Mansion and its Nintendo 3DS version. They are located in the Clockwork Room of Area Four.

Physical description[]
The Clockwork Soldiers all have the same light blue humanoid body, light green glowing eyes, yellow eyebrows, and blonde hair. Their only distinction is the color of their shirt and hat, which are colored indigo, pink, and green respectively.
In Luigi's Mansion[]
Luigi finds the three of them standing still, not moving. When Luigi activates the three clocks found in the room, the Clockwork Soldiers start to move around, and each of them then try to attack Luigi using their toy gun. If Luigi is hit, he gets knocked backward and loses some coins. Before the Poltergust 3000 can begin to vacuum a Clockwork Soldier, Luigi must use it to vacuum the wind-up key off their back, immediately followed by the Poltergust 3000 vacuuming the Clockwork Soldier. Each Clockwork Soldier has 100 HP, for a total of 300 HP; if taking the total into account, Clockwork Soldiers have more HP After the three are sucked up, the doors open, and Luigi can use an elevator to go up to the Roof.
