Chocolate Island 4 is a level in Super Mario World, more specifically the world Chocolate Island. Despite its name, Chocolate Island 4 is not the fourth level of Chocolate Island, as it becomes accessible only after completing Chocolate Fortress, but completing Chocolate Island 4 unlocks Chocolate Island 5, following after in numerical order.

Chocolate Island 4 is an underground level consisting of chocolate lava and diagonal platforms. Only two enemies appear in the level, Mega Moles and Clappin' Chucks, and depending on the path taken, Chocolate Island 4 could be the first level where Mega Moles are encountered.
