Chatty Mr. Spell Book is an old-looking, brown, living spell book with a skull on his cover.
In WarioWare: Smooth Moves[]
Chatty Mr. Spell Book appears in Ashley's stage, The Loquacious Spell Book, the title of which even references Chatty Mr. Spell Book.
In the stage's opening cutscene, when Ashley unsuccessfully attempts to convert a flower sprout into a carnivorous plant, Chatty Mr. Spell Book appears to try and help her. He appears in the intermissions between while the player plays through Ashley's set of microgames.
In the ending cutscene, Chatty Mr. Spell Book tells Ashley how to create a carnivorous plant, happily declaring Ashley to be ready to try the spell. Following this, Chatty Mr. Spell Book disappears, and Ashley successfully turns a different sprout into an enormous flower monster.
