Challengemariou — Message upon 100% completion of Challenge Mode

Challenge Mode is a mode in New Super Mario Bros. U. There are five different types of challenges; Time Attack, Coin Collection, 1-Up Rally, Special and Boost Mode Challenges. As you complete challenges, more are unlocked with higher difficulty. The difficulty is measured using stars. Depending on how good the player performs, they will receive a medal. Gold, Silver or Bronze.

Time Attack[]

Mario must complete the levels in as quickly as possible. Each Time Attack level is inspired by levels in the main game.

Coin Collection[]

A series of challenges involving collecting or dodging coins. Mario is on a timer.

1-Up Rally[]

Mario must complete challenges revolving around jumping on enemies to attempt to get 1-Ups.

Special[]

Various different challenges similar to those above but don't fall under the other categories.

Boost Pad Challenges[]

A series of challenges requiring the Boost Pad for completion.
